2.Try a different computer and HDMI cable to see if the problem persists.

3.Plug your HDMI cable straight into your device and see if you can get a stable connection. If you can't establish a stable connection, the problem is your HDMI cable.

4.Verify that your monitor is configured to the correct input (HDMI).

  1. This dual monitor adapter only support usb c laptops with thunderbolt3/usb c port with video output function, otherwise it won't support if your laptops with usb c port only with data function without video function.
  2. If you use this dual hdmi adapter for macbook pro/air, it won't allow you to extend two different monitors for your mac, due to Mac Os Limitation.
  3. Please note: this usb c adapter won't supple extra power for your laptop. You need to charge your Laptop with other power adapter additionally.
