1. Does this usb c docking station compatible with my laptop?
Please check which Functions supports by your Laptop's built-in USB C port first, only if your laptop's built-in USB C port is fully funcitonal port which support Data transfer & Video Display & PD charging, you can use the full functions of our docking station.
2. Why I can't charge my Dell/HP Laptop with the usb c charging port of the docking staion?
The USB C Power Charging function of our docking staion doesn't works for laptop own a AC charging adapter. Those Laptop (Dell/HP/ThinkPad...) do not allow 3rd party charger to charge their laptop in other ways.
3. For mac MST hub, why is HDMI 1 not working?
For HDMI 1, it can only be used if the laptop's USB C port supports video output.
4. For mac MST hub, why is HDMI 2 not working ?
For HDMI 2, for any MacOS/Windows computer or Android phone that uses a USB C port, it will only work properly if you follow the tutorial and install the driver.
